Your Career Compass: Building a Resilient Future

Cost: $75.00 (PD Fund Eligible)

Take charge of your professional journey and design your Career Compass: towards Building a Resilient Future. This 3-hour workshop is designed to empower you to navigate and shape your career with meaning, purpose, clarity and confidence. Whether you're looking to overcome current obstacles or do meaningful work, this session provides the essential tools and insights to steer your career towards success.

Learning outcomes for this session:

  • Owning Your Career Journey: Learn the importance of taking proactive control over your career journey. Discover how to approach your career with intentionality, equipping yourself with a clear and actionable plan to shape your professional path.
  • Shifting your mindset for career success: Understand the changing career paradigms and approaches to shift your mindset for success.
  • Creating your career compass: Examine the components for designing your unique compass and being self-reliant.
  • Strategizing resources for support: Explore the various resources and their importance to customize and successfully achieve your personal and professional goals.

FACILITATOR: Pooja Khandelwal, is the Director for the Career Retention, Navigation & Transition Services. She has a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA), is a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF), Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC, ICF), Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) and Dare to LeadTM trained facilitator.
