Visualize to Thrive


Vancouver Campus | 1:00pm–2:00pm

A collabortion between Vantage Counselling and Counsellors in Residence, Visualize to Thrive provides an opportunity for students to experience a calming and immersive visualization session, followed by tips and strategies to build a relaxation toolkit to stay grounded throughout the semester.  Due to space limits, participation in this event is restricted to either Vantage or residential students and pre-registration is required to attend the event.
