Intuitive Eating 101 Workshop: Online Lunch & Learn

Are you tired of diets, restricting foods you love and looking to make peace with food once and for all? Join us for our Intuitive Eating 101 Workshop to discover what intuitive eating is, how to improve your relationship with food and challenge the food police. This will be an online lunch & learn on Wednesday, February 5th from 12-1:30 pm with a chance to win a gift card or yoga mat. Register today here!
