In collaboration with KIN 500, a pilot comprehensive exercise testing initiative will be provided to target student populations. Supervised by an exercise physiologist, student facilitators will administer a VO2 max test to participants. This will be launched in conjunction with a new movement peer coaching model that will provide students with physical activity literacy and plans to lower barriers and promote movement beyond the month of February.
