Breathe & Be: Mindful Movement and Breathe with Zuzana, Nikki & Michelle | Feb 18 2022


Vancouver Campus | 12:00pm–1:00pm

Embrace the notion of ‘Slowness.’ 

“We have lost the habit of it. With slow, regular, harmonious movement, the consciousness immediately finds its place. The body begins to enjoy the smallest thing. Attention is heightened.

We take in the world’s full freshness. We communicate. We open our senses to the plenitude." (D Odier)

Together we will practice Mindful breathing, a Mindful Drawing Meditation and some slow stretches.

Time: 12-1pm

Format: Zoom

Supplies needed: confirmed attendees will receive more information closer to the meeting date.

6 complimentary art kits will be awarded to registered attendees.
